Below we have our policies broken down. We try to be as fair as possible to our customers but we also need to make sure that we have guidelines in place so everyone is on the same page. If you have any questions about what is listed below, please contact us!
Payment
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the order. We take payments in person via Cash or Paypal. We can also send you an invoice via Paypal or you can purchse directly from our website here via Paypal. Sales taxes will be charged on all orders placed by residents of Idaho at a rate of 6%. Once an order is placed and the details of the order are confirmed and we have started the process of designing your item, the order cannot be cancelled.
Orders that are not custom orders are only able to be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed.
We make every effort to ensure that you are paying the correct pricing for your items. If you choose a product that is a bigger size than your product is we will not refund the difference. Please contact us about sizing and product dimensions BEFORE placing the order to ensure that you are selecting the right size AND getting charged correctly. If you purchase an item with larger dimensions than what your item turns out to be because you ordered before verifying with us, no refunds will be given for the difference in the cost of your order.
We make every effort to ensure that you are paying the correct pricing for your items. If you choose a product that is a bigger size than your product is we will not refund the difference. Please contact us about sizing and product dimensions BEFORE placing the order to ensure that you are selecting the right size AND getting charged correctly. Delivery/Pickup
We are located in Middleton, Idaho. We currently operate out of our residence so we are willing to make arrangements to meet somewhere. Depending on where we are meeting, a delivery fee may apply. Please view our map of the Treasure Valley to see delivery options and fees.
Shipping
We offer First Class and Priority Mail options for shipping. Once you get the confirmation that we shipped out your package it can take up to 1 business day for the package to actually get shipped out from the Post Office. Once the item has shipped and we have provided a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for what happens to the item. Every order we ship out will include $50 of insurance. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged you MUST contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date AND provide proof of the damage. If we can verify the damage was caused while in transit, we will file the insurance claim and replace the damaged items.
We ship worldwide. Custom fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item is returned to us because of an issue with the original delivery, we are more than happy to resend it. If this is requested, the new shipping charges will need to be paid by the buyer before the item is shipped out again. If this happens we will make every attempt to contact the buyer to make arrangements. If we are not able to contact the buyer OR they choose for us to not resend the product, the transaction will not be refunded.
In some instances we offer standard first class shipping that doesn't include tracking. If this option is chosen, no tracking information will be provided and replacements for ANY reason will be at the customers expense. We strive to provide constant communication about the product we are designing for your since most of our orders are custom. We will provide you with images of your items throughout the process to make sure it is what you want.
If an item is received and it is not as it was in the final image we sent we will fix the error and replace the item free of charge. If an item is received and is different than what the buyer was wanting but matches the image from the proof and product picture and the buyer had agreed to the images, it will NOT be replaced.
If we get a custom order and do not hear from our customer within 24 hours from the time we send a message about the order, we will design it as close to the information provided as possible. We can't control if buyers don't communicate and we have shipping guidelines to meet by Etsy. In these scenarios, we will NOT replace the item because it wasn't what you wanted when you didn't communicate with us to let us know. We will make every attempt to make the product as close to the information provided. If the information needed for the order is not provided to us after multiple attempts the order will be cancelled and refunded.
These rules apply to the product being the wrong size, color, having spelling, capitalization, or grammar errors, or the wrong image. We make sure that the item is exactly what you are looking for BEFORE we make it so please take time to make sure it is what you want before you agree to it.

2. The item arrived damaged or missing AND you have provided us with proper proof of this (pictures of items, etc.) within 2 business days of the day it was delivered
3. The item is different than what was agreed to based on proof. Items may slightly differ in color, etc. AND we are able to reference previous Etsy and Email messages showing what information was used to create the design and what design was agreed upon.
4. We sent the item to the wrong address AND you contacted us prior to the order shipping out to let us know the correct address.
If an item needs to be replaced for one of the above reasons, the buyer MUST let us know about the situation within 2 business days of receiving the item. Depending on the item, if we require it to be returned to us we will require it to be postmarked within 2 business days of us discussing the situation. Once we receive the item we will get the replacement sent out within 3 business days. If we do not require a return of the original item we will send it out within 3 business days of the buyer contacting us. If the item is replaced for any of the above reasons (not the buyer's fault) we will cover the shipping costs to return the item as well as the costs to replace the items.
Other than the above reasons, our items are not able to be returned or exchanged.
If you place an order and want to cancel, you must contact us via conversation about it within an hour of the order being placed. In rare circumstances we may make exceptions to cancel orders that were placed more than an hour earlier.
Returns (unless because of error or shipping issues) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the time spent creating the design.
If an item is received and it is not as it was in the final image we sent we will fix the error and replace the item free of charge. If an item is received and is different than what the buyer was wanting but matches the image from the proof and product picture and the buyer had agreed to the images, it will NOT be replaced.

If you need help creating a design or your idea requires in depth designing, a design fee will apply. We will let you know prior to placing the order if one is required.
If you are looking to place a bulk order (more than five items, any combination), please send us a message so we can create a custom order for you. Depending on the product you are ordering we may have bulk pricing available and want to make sure that you are being charged the correct shipping. Failure to contact us will result in you paying standard pricing and the shipping that calculates. No refunds will be given.
It is very important that you choose the correct product to purchase. We offer a variety of options and each product choice is for a different variance of the materials and options we have to offer. If you are unsure of which product matches what you are looking to purchase, please contact us and we will let you know which option to select. If you select the incorrect option, it may delay the process of your order because we may have to cancel it or require an additional transaction. Also, you may end up paying more for your item than it actually costs. No refunds will be given for incorrect item purchases.
Each listing has a corresponding processing time. Our standard processing time is normally 2 weeks from order placement. We make every effort to meet or beat this time line. We are a married couple that both work in addition to running our shop and each of our items are made to order. If an unforeseeable situation arises that may prevent us from getting your order completed in time, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the delay. Please make sure to check the processing time before placing an order to ensure that the processing and shipping time will still allow for the product to arrive by the time you need it.
If you need your product sooner than our processing time we are able to do rush orders. A rush order fee will apply. We will have options at check out for you to select standard shipping (first class) or priority shipping as well as rush options. We provide options for your order to be shipped out in 1-2 business days, 3-4 business days, or 5-7 business days. Please contact us BEFORE placing an order to let us know you are looking to place a rush order. We will want to verify our current order levels and see if it is possible to get the product to you in this time. Sometimes we will be able to get the product done earlier which may not require a rush order fee. If a rush order fee is required, we will let you know so at checkout you can pick the correct shipping option. We cannot control if you choose not to do a rush order.
